Every out-of-state vendor pads Las Vegas differently. We don't: one flat $900 travel line covers the crew and the drive, and everything else prices exactly like a Southern California event.
Two Vegas formats, two playbooks
Convention booths. The Full Wall tier fits multi-day shows: 400 caps, a 48-patch wall refreshed each morning, and overnight restock included. We know the dock-and-drayage rhythm at the major halls — gear ships to advance warehousing so your booth isn't hostage to a marshaling yard on day one.
Resort ballrooms. Sales kickoffs, President's Club dinners, and gala receptions run the Double Rack with an executive patch preview before doors. Resort load-ins are strict about corridors and timing; our crew treats the banquet captain as the boss, which is why we get invited back.
Booking notes for Vegas dates
- Lead time: three weeks minimum for show dates; custom patch runs need their own three weeks, so start art early.
- Union venues: where hall rules require it, we coordinate labor through your general contractor instead of improvising at the dock.
- Multi-day pricing: crew hours bill at the same $250/hr as everywhere else — the flat travel fee doesn't repeat per day.
