Where LA books the bar
Three formats dominate our LA calendar. Studio and lot events — wrap parties, premiere afterparties — where the bar dresses into a set-piece corner. DTLA and Century City hotel programs, where the freight elevator schedule decides everything and our crew shows up an hour ahead of the window on purpose. And street-level popups like the Hollywood fair takeover in our recaps, where the sidewalk itself becomes the queue.
LA-specific logistics we handle
- Parking plans in writing: we arrive with a van plan per venue — dock pass, rideshare lot, or pre-paid structure — so nothing rides on a maybe.
- COI same-week: studio lots and hotel ballrooms both get certificates matched to their exact additional-insured language.
- Evening turnarounds: for premieres that flip a room in 90 minutes, the bar's 10×10 footprint sets up in under an hour.
Palette note: LA crowds pick black and cream caps two-to-one over brights, so we rack accordingly unless your brand says otherwise.
